Seattle Center Academy - Water Angel Short Animation
With the help of middle school students and co-instructor, Rik Deskin, we created, shot, and edited a short animation film. It was shown at various screenings and festivals. "Seattle Center Academy is an educational, summer program in the arts for King County middle school students in grades seven and eight. Activities included hands-on experiences in the arts, media, and technology. Students take classes in subjects such as theater, dance, slam poetry, painting, rock guitar, video gaming, pottery, and short film production. Classes are held at the Seattle Center, and taught by professional artists from the region's best arts and cultural institutions. More than just a summer program, the Academy changes lives!"

I was given the opportunity to edit the piece and create the ending credits. Everything about the film was inspired by the kids, including the paintings.
